Welcome to PawReset Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pawresetlabs.com (the "Site") and any products you purchase from us. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.
1. ABOUT PAWRESET LABS
PawReset Labs is a brand that sells nutritional supplements for dogs, including the PawReset Labs Daily Liquid Longevity Drops. We operate this Site and sell our products directly to consumers through pawresetlabs.com.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using our Site or placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will use our Site and products in compliance with all applicable laws
3. PRODUCTS
PawReset Labs sells nutritional supplements formulated for dogs. Our products are intended to support your dog's overall wellness and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Always consult with your veterinarian before introducing any new supplement to your dog's diet, especially if your dog has a medical condition, is pregnant or nursing, or is taking medication.
Individual results vary. We make no guarantee of specific health outcomes for any dog.
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
When you place an order:
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid payment method and shipping address
- All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice
- Payment is processed at the time of purchase
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues)
- Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — we may cancel an order at any time before shipment
For subscription orders, you authorize us (through ReCharge) to automatically charge your payment method at the frequency and price you selected, until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account portal.
5. SHIPPING
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you once the carrier picks up the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all PawReset Labs purchases. See our Refund Policy for full details on how to request a refund.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you subscribe to recurring deliveries:
- You'll be charged automatically at the frequency you selected (every 4 weeks by default)
- You can pause, skip, modify, or cancel anytime through your account portal at pawresetlabs.com
- Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle
- You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal
- All subscription orders are subject to product availability
By signing up for a subscription, you agree to ReCharge's terms (our subscription billing provider) in addition to these Terms.
8. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and other information on our Site is accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and make changes to our Site without notice. If we discover that a product was sold at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and product names — is owned by or licensed to PawReset Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- You confirm that your submission is accurate and based on your own experience
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content for marketing and other purposes

PawReset Labs is a nutritional supplement and is not a substitute for veterinary care. We make no claims that our products will cure, treat, prevent, or diagnose any disease or condition in your dog.

You use our products at your own risk. Always consult your veterinarian before introducing any new supplement to your dog's diet.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawReset Labs, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent Dutch courts in the jurisdiction where PawReset Labs is registered, except where mandatory consumer protection laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable mandatory laws, including the EU consumer protection directives.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms remain in full force and effect.
19. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PawReset Labs regarding your use of our Site and purchase of our products.
