We stand behind PawReset Labs. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right. Please read our refund policy carefully for details on returns, refunds, and how to start the process.
90-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on all PawReset Labs purchases.
If you're not satisfied with your results — for any reason — you can return your order within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price. This applies even if the bottle is empty.
We believe in giving your dog enough time to truly experience the benefits of consistent cellular support, which is why we extend our guarantee to a full 90 days.
WHAT'S COVERED
The 90-day money-back guarantee covers:
The full price you paid for the product (excluding original shipping costs, where applicable)
Both one-time purchases and subscription orders
Open and unopened bottles
Single bottles and multi-bottle bundles
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
The following are not eligible for refund:
Original shipping fees (non-refundable)
Return shipping costs (paid by customer)
Orders older than 90 days from the delivery date
Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (we only sell through pawresetlabs.com)
Damaged products due to misuse or improper storage
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To start a refund request, follow these steps:
1. Email support@pawresetlabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief reason for the return (this helps us improve)
3. Our team will reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with return instructions and the return shipping address
4. Ship the product(s) back to the address provided — we recommend using a trackable shipping method
5. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow:
5 business days for us to process the refund on our end
5 to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since we processed your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@pawresetlabs.com.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
If you have an active subscription and want to cancel future shipments, you can do so anytime through your account portal at pawresetlabs.com or by emailing support@pawresetlabs.com.
Cancelling a subscription stops future orders but does not automatically refund past orders. To request a refund for a past subscription order, please follow the standard refund process above (within 90 days of delivery).
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or bundle size, please request a refund for your original order and place a new order for the desired item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawresetlabs.com with:
Your order number
A description of the damage or defect
Photos of the product and packaging
We'll replace the item or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged product in most cases.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund within 15 business days of our confirmation:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before refunds appear
4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@pawresetlabs.com
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.
