SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing PawReset Labs. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully for full details on processing times, delivery, and what to do if anything goes wrong.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has shipped, including a tracking number where applicable.

SHIPPING TIMES

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping (Free on orders $50+): 4 to 12 business days
Standard Shipping (orders under $50): 4 to 12 business days — shipping fee calculated at checkout

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order total.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

Subscribers always receive free shipping on every recurring order, regardless of order value.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website.

If you haven't received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@pawresetlabs.com so we can look into it.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost or stolen packages: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, PawReset Labs is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. We recommend ensuring your shipping address is secure and signing up for delivery notifications from your carrier.

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it:

1. Check around your delivery location, mailbox, and with neighbors
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
3. File a claim with the carrier if needed
4. Contact us at support@pawresetlabs.com and we'll do our best to help

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pawresetlabs.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll replace it or issue a refund.

Incorrect address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for orders that go undelivered or are delivered to the wrong location. Please double-check your address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@pawresetlabs.com — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refused delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipping fee may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we ship only within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future. If you're outside the US and interested in our products, please email us at support@pawresetlabs.com and we'll let you know when we're available in your region.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at support@pawresetlabs.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made before the order ships.

For subscription orders, you can modify, pause, or cancel anytime from your account portal before your next billing date.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. Even if the bottle is empty, you can return it for a full refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
