Can I give it with food?
Yes, and we actually recommend it. Mixing PawReset Labs into your dog's regular meal improves absorption and makes it easier for picky dogs.
What if my dog doesn't like the taste?
Most dogs don't notice it when mixed into food. If your dog is particularly picky, try mixing it into a small amount of wet food, broth, or yogurt first to mask the flavor.
Can I give more than the recommended dose?
We don't recommend exceeding the suggested daily dose. PawReset Labs is formulated for daily, consistent use — more is not better. Consistency over time is what produces results.
Can I miss a day?
Missing a day occasionally is fine — just resume the normal dose the next day. Don't double up to "make up" for the missed dose.

When will I be charged?
Your card is charged on the same day each cycle. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal so you have time to make changes if needed.
Can I change the delivery frequency?
Yes. You can choose to receive PawReset Labs every 4, 6, or 8 weeks depending on your dog's size and consumption rate. Adjust anytime from your account portal.

How do I request a refund?

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, we process the refund within 5 business days. It typically takes another 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Do I have to return the empty bottle?
Yes, for refunds on used product, we ask that you return the empty bottle so we can confirm the return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact support@pawresetlabs.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. After that, we can't guarantee changes.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email support@pawresetlabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll replace it or issue a refund.
What if I gave the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately at support@pawresetlabs.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it. If it's already shipped, we're unable to redirect it — but we'll help you track it down.
